PGA of America REACH Foundation Southern Texas is a 501(c)3 organization focused on impacting lives and communities through the transformative power of golf. Best known as PGA REACH Southern Texas, the Foundation was formed in 1994 and annually impacts thousands of individuals.
Our Foundation stands on four pillars: junior golf, college scholarships, PGA HOPE, & employment opportunities. By focusing on these pillars, PGA REACH Southern Texas strives to uplift, inspire, and empower individuals to reach their full potential.

PGA HOPE and Kingwood Golf Professional help change Veterans' lives through the game of golf!
Jonathan Shoffner started a Veterans Cup golf event as part of PGA HOPE (Helping Our Patriots Everywhere), which provides Veterans access to golf.

The STPGA would like to welcome our new Communications Coordinator, Peyton Snow. She is originally from Arizona and just came off an internship with the AJGA. She worked with the Junior President's Cup and President's Cup in Canada prior to moving to Texas. She started with us on November 11th and we are excited to have her on our team!

FIRST DICK HARMON GRANT APPLICATION PERIOD OF 2025 IS OFFICIALLY OPEN!
The goal of the STPGA is to introduce our area's youngsters to the challenges and rewards of golf. Started by the Harmon Family in honor of Dick Harmon, PGA REACH Southern Texas has created the Dick Harmon Participation Grant program to help provide top-flight golf opportunities to young men and women regardless of financial resources.

THANK YOU TO THE GARY PATTERSON MEMORIAL FOUNDATION!
A heartfelt thank you to the Gary Patterson Memorial Foundation for their unwavering dedication to honoring Gary's legacy by supporting college scholarships. This year’s fundraising event was a resounding success, raising an incredible $40,000 to empower young adults in pursuing their academic goals and achieving their dreams. Their passion and commitment continue to make a lasting impact—changing lives and keeping Gary’s memory alive in the most meaningful way.
